Our Allies
Shifting Hearts, Minds & Professional Practice
Walking as an ally is not a title - it is a practice. It requires deep listening, humility, truth-telling, and a willingness to sit with the discomfort and beauty of learning. At CEED Healing, we walk alongside non-Indigenous people, organisations, and practitioners who are committed to meaningful change. Our work supports allies to understand:
* the impact of colonisation on families and communities
* the importance of cultural safety
* how to listening deeply and respectfully
* how to build relationships grounded in accountability and care
* how to walk with Country, not over it
We create culturally safe spaces where allies can learn, reflect, and grow - guided by Elders, grounded in Country, and held with gentle strength.
How We Support Allies
Through our programs, workshops, and on Country experiences, allies are invited to:
* slow down
* listen with our whole body
* understand First Nations histories
* reflect on their own story and responsibility
* build respectful, long-term relationships with community
* learn how to create culturally safe environments in their workplaces

Growing connections and nurturing all peoples towards their journey of healing, truth-telling and reconciliation
Why This Matters
We have seen the shift that happens when allies:
* hear the truth for the first time
* understand the weight of history
* feel Country speak to them
* recognise their role in reconciliation
* commit to walking differently.
These moments change people. They change organisations. They change futures.
