Communities We Walk With
Supporting diverse communities through culturally grounded healing, learning, and connection.
CEED Healing delivers cultural healing experiences grounded in deep listening, truth-telling, connection to Country, and the strength of our matriarchal lineage.
While each gathering is shaped by the needs of the people we walk with, the cultural foundations remain the same: respect, relationship, story, healing, and connection to Country.
The Cultural Thread
Across all of our work, participants engage with elements of:
* Welcome to Country and cultural orientation
* Ceremony and ochre
* On Country learning with Elders
* Deep listening and culturally safe circles
* Truth-telling and First Nations histories
* Creative healing practices (totem, clay, painting)
* Guided meditation and connection to Country
* Reflection and integration
This cultural thread remains constant. What changes is how the experience is held to best support each group.
Communities We Walk With
Young People
Supporting identity, belonging, confidence, cultural pride, and connection to Country. Through creative expression, deep listening, storytelling, and cultural learning, young people are supported to strengthen their sense of self and community.
Stolen Generations Survivors & Descendants
Offering culturally safe, trauma-aware spaces that honour truth-telling, memory, family, and intergenerational healing. Participants are supported to reconnect with identity, culture, story, and Country in ways that nurture healing across generations.
Women
CEED Healing has worked alongside Indigenous women to create culturally safe spaces for reflection, deep listening, creativity, story, and ceremony. Women are supported to reconnect with lineage, identity, cultural knowledge, and the wisdom carried through the generations
Health, Education & Community Organisations
Supporting practitioners, educators, and community workers to strengthen cultural capability, relational practice, and culturally responsive service delivery. Participants gain practical insights into working respectfully with First Nations peoples, communities, and ways of knowing.
Why This Approach?
Because healing is cultural.
Because identity, belonging, and connection to Country are universal human needs.
Because one cultural framework can be held in different ways to support many communities while remaining grounded in the same cultural values, knowledge, and practices.

Remembering Who We Are
“Being on country has been deeply healing for myself and my clients. Connecting with the land, our culture, and community has helped both myself and clients find balance and strength in deep listening. Walking the land and connecting with my ancestors reminds me that I belong and that healing comes from reconnecting with who we are and where we come from."'

Heartfelt Experience
"It was a privilege to welcome Karen into our space. The learnings shared through connection to Country, deep listening, journaling, and storytelling were a deeply impactful encounter. Her honest, authentic and gentle approach created an inviting atmosphere where we then felt safe to share our own stories of connection.
We are profoundly grateful for the opportunity to learn from such a knowledgeable and empathetic guide, and thank Karen, for a truly meaningful and heartfelt experience!"
